1. GENERAL RULE
All sales are final. Because our products are digital intellectual property and our services reserve specialist time, we do not offer refunds except as stated below or where required by law.
2. MATERIAL BREACH REMEDY
If RevOps HQ LLC materially fails to deliver under an SOW or these Terms, you must notify us in writing within ten (10) days of discovering the issue. Our sole obligation is, at our option:
a) to correct or re-perform the deficient work, or
b) to issue a credit not exceeding the fees paid for that specific portion of work.
3. CHARGEBACKS
Filing a chargeback without first giving RevOps HQ LLC ten (10) business days to resolve the matter in good faith is a material breach. We may suspend all services and pursue collection costs, interest, and fees.
4. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by mandatory consumer-protection laws. Where such laws apply, we will honour them; you may be required to certify deletion or return of Deliverables to receive a statutory refund.
5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
By clicking "Pay now," you:
- confirm you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy;
- authorize RevOps HQ LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total shown (plus taxes); and
- understand memberships auto-renew unless cancelled at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.
