1. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Cancel auto-renewal at any time via your HubSpot customer portal or by emailing billing@revopshq.com at least seven (7) calendar days before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid term. No prorated credits.
2. PROFESSIONAL-SERVICE RETAINERS & PRE-PAID HOUR BLOCKS
May be cancelled with fifteen (15) days' written notice.
Hours already worked—or scheduled to occur within the notice window—remain billable.
Unused prepaid hours expire one-hundred-eighty (180) days after purchase.
3. FIXED-FEE OR MILESTONE PROJECTS
Cancellation more than thirty (30) days before the agreed start date: we refund any refundable deposit minus actual hours and out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
Cancellation thirty (30) days or fewer before the start date, or after work has begun: you owe (a) all work completed to date and (b) twenty (20) percent of the remaining project value to cover resource allocation.
4. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
All outstanding invoices become immediately due, and RevOps HQ LLC may withhold Deliverables until accounts are settled.
