What we collect, who receives it, and how to tell us to stop.

Who we are
RevOps HQ is a HubSpot Solutions Partner based in Boston, Massachusetts. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Reach us at paul@revopshq.com.
What we collect
What you give us. When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, company name and company domain, together with the answers you give — whether you have a RevOps function, whether you have a CRM and which one — and anything you type into a message field. If you buy something, we collect billing details; card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach our systems. If you use the client portal, we hold your account and the records shown in it.
What we collect automatically. Our host records standard server logs, including IP address and browser, which are essential for security and for serving the site. Beyond that, everything is set by the cookies below and only where you have allowed them.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the processors named below.
Cookies and tracking
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, nothing but essential cookies is set until you accept. You will see a bar at the bottom of the screen asking, and you can change your answer at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Elsewhere, the cookies below are set by default and the same link lets you turn them off.
Essential
Keep you signed in to the client portal and remember your cookie choice and theme. These are set regardless of consent because the site cannot function without them.

Who receives your data
Each of these is a separate company processing data on our behalf or as a controller in its own right. All are outside the UK and EEA, so transfers rely on the safeguards in their own terms.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time; on contract for the portal, payments and delivering what you asked for; and on legitimate interests for replying to an enquiry, keeping the site secure, and keeping our own business records. Where we rely on legitimate interests you can object, and we will stop unless we have grounds that override your objection.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and CRM records are kept for as long as we have a live relationship and for a period afterwards for our own records. Portal accounts last as long as the engagement. Cookies expire on the schedule listed above. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it — invoices, for example, carry statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email paul@revopshq.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA and think we have got it wrong, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use data already collected, we will ask again rather than assume the old answer still holds.
