HubSpot Training
Role-based training delivered against your own portal and written procedures, rather than generic platform instruction.
Training against your portal, not a demo one
Training delivered in a demonstration portal teaches the platform. Training delivered in the client's own portal, against the procedures the team is expected to follow, teaches the job.
Sessions are built per role. What a sales representative needs to know and what an administrator needs to know overlap far less than a single curriculum implies.
The shape of the engagement
Phases, their overlaps, and the point at which each is accepted. Durations are scoped per engagement; the sequence and the acceptance points hold.

What is delivered
Each item below is a document or an artefact the client keeps, not an activity performed.
Role curricula
A separate outline per role, covering what that role does in the portal and nothing it does not.
Written procedures
Step-by-step documentation for the tasks each role performs, usable by a new starter.
Recorded sessions
Recordings retained by the client for onboarding future staff.
Competency check
A short practical exercise per role confirming the procedures can be followed unaided.
What this includes
How it runs
Role and task inventory
The tasks each role performs in the portal are listed, which determines what the curriculum contains.

Each recurring task is documented so training has something to teach against.
Delivery
Live sessions per role, conducted in the client's portal and recorded.
Competency check
A short practical exercise confirms the procedures can be followed without assistance.
Correction
Procedures are revised where the exercise showed them to be unclear.

Ways of working
Training is done-with-you by definition. The client provides access to the portal in the state the team actually uses it, the people themselves, and a view on which tasks matter most. Sessions are ordinarily scheduled across weeks rather than compressed, since retention is better distributed.
The engagement plan, the hour budget, the delivery spectrum and the weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence are common to every service and are set out in how we work.
Common questions
HubSpot Training FAQ
Yours. Training in a demonstration portal teaches the platform's features rather than the job, and the difference appears the first time a real record does not look like the example.
Yes, where certification is a requirement. It is treated as a separate objective from operational competence, because the two examine different things.
Administrators are trained on configuration, permissions and the consequences of changes, which are precisely the topics an end-user curriculum omits.
The written procedures and the session recordings, both retained by the client and reusable for onboarding future staff.
