What an audit produces

An audit measures the portal rather than characterising it. Every finding carries a number: duplicate rate as a percentage of records, field completeness per object, stage adherence against exit criteria, and the count of automations that still fire against the count that were built.

The deliverable is a prioritised remediation plan. Each item names the defect, the records affected, the work required, and the order it should be done in. Several of these defects are load-bearing for the others: fixing them out of sequence means doing the same work twice.

What the engagement requires

Read access to the portal, and a named person who can answer questions about intent. The second matters more than the first. A stage called Qualified is only wrong once somebody states what it was meant to mean.

No configuration changes are made during an audit. The portal is measured as it stands, so the findings describe the system the business is actually running.

Frequently asked questions

How much does HubSpot Audit cost?
HubSpot Audit is $5,000 as a one-off fee. The price is fixed at the scope shown here rather than estimated against time spent.
How long does HubSpot Audit take?
Delivery takes about 15 working days, or roughly 3 weeks from kickoff. The estimate counts working days rather than calendar days. It does not absorb holidays silently.
What is included in HubSpot Audit?
Object model, properties and associations reviewed against how the business actually transacts, Pipelines and lifecycle stages checked for adherence, not just configuration, Every active workflow and integration inventoried, with the ones that no longer fire named, Duplicate rate, field completeness and stage adherence measured rather than characterised, and A prioritised remediation plan, with the evidence behind each finding. Anything outside that list is scoped separately.
What is needed before the work starts?
Access appropriate to the work, and a named person who can decide what a field or a stage is meant to mean. The second is the harder requirement. Most delays are a decision waiting on an owner rather than work waiting on access.
What happens after purchase?
Stripe collects payment and issues a receipt, then a kickoff is scheduled to confirm scope and access. The purchase can be attached to a client portal account, where the engagement, its documents and its remaining scope stay visible.
